Shoe Me Shipping and Delivery Information

Australia

FREE Shipping offer for orders $100 AUD +. We ship from Sydney, Australia with Australia Post standard eParcel, all parcels include tracking and optional safe drop. We can ship to all addresses including PO Boxes, Locked Bags, Parcel Lockers, and Parcel Collect.

New Zealand

FREE Shipping offer for orders $100 AUD +. We ship from Sydney, Australia with the global EMS network which provides an express airmail service with tracking and signature on delivery. Once your parcel has landed in NZ and passed local customs , it is handed over to NZ Post for final delivery. You can use your Aus Post reference on the NZ post website for further details.

Rest of the World

Shipping cost varies depending on destination and total weight of order and is calculated at checkout. We use the global EMS network which provides an express airmail service with tracking and signature on delivery. We ship worldwide with the exception of Sudan and Russia.

Delivery Times

We are an authorised retailer of Pleaser USA Inc. brands and import product on demand for our customers. Most customer orders ship in 4 -7 business days. This includes the time it takes to import stock from the USA warehouse. 

Choosing Express Post at checkout will NOT improve your order processing time, it only changes your delivery service from regular Aus Post to Express Aus Post.

During order processing your will receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes of completing checkout, and then a shipment confirmation email approximately 5-10 business days later when your order ships from our Sydney warehouse.

If you haven't received an order confirmation email within 1 hour, or a shipment confirmation email within 7 business days, please get in touch. We know your order is important to you and we get product out as fast as we can.

Price is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the combined weight of your order. Free Parcel Post is available at checkout for orders $100 AUD or more.   • Express Post: Australia Post's express parcel service and their fastest parcel delivery service. It is an Australia-wide service with tracking and optional signature on delivery. No insurance is included.
